Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made at www.voltsimulator.com processed via Stripe. Purchases made inside VoltSim mobile apps are governed by Apple/Google store policies.

Cancellations

You can cancel website subscriptions from your account page — cancellation prevents future billing but you keep access until the end of the paid period. To cancel iOS/Android subscriptions, use Apple/Google subscription management.

Refunds

Website purchases: Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email voltsim.app@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. In-app purchases must be refunded through Apple or Google.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
